Honda India recently started taking the pre-order of its all new Honda CBR250R bike in Indian market.The new Honda CBR250R is expected to hit India by 25th March, 2011.

The new Honda CBR250R comes available in two variants: Honda CBR 250R ABS and Honda CBR 250R without ABS.New Honda CBR250R is the first 250cc bike to be featured with combined anti-lock braking system.

Honda CBR250R brings to India a 249cc Liquid Cooled Single Cylinder 4-stroke engine capable of generating a maximum power of 6 bhp at 8500 rpm along with 23 nm at 7000rpm peak torque.The PGMFi (fuel injection) takes help from 6 sensors placed in and around the engine to control ignition timing and fuel injection.The engine is mated to a 6 gear Manual transmission.

2011 New Honda CBR250R Booking and Price:

Both Honda CBR 250R ABS or Honda CBR 250R non-ABS can be now pre-ordered for a booking price of Rs.5000.The actual price tag of Honda CBR 250R comes around 1.5 lakh where as the Honda CBR 250R ABS will be priced at 1.7lakh.

Honda CBR250R mileage(fuel efficiency):

New Honda CBR250R is expected to produce a mileage of 25.00 kmpl during city drive and about 35 kmpl on highways.
